Dough Knife - Inexpensive option to portion your dough balls. Use to scrap out your dough containers too.
One Quart Sourdough Starter Container - Great easy to clean container. A great new home for your sourdough starter. I love these round Cambro containers - super functional and easy to clean.
6 Quart Dough Fermentation Container with Lid - Perfect container for dough fermentation. Works great for batches of six to a dozen 11” pizzas.
12 Quart Dough Fermentation Container with Lid - Great for big batches of over 20 pizzas.
Baker’s Scale - This is the one I use. A must have to weigh out your ingredients for dough making. This one is simple, effective, and inexpensive.
Digital Thermometer - Need to know the temperature of water and dough as you mix.
Lloyd’s 10x 14 Detroit Style Pizza (DSP) Pan - If you want to make DSP, put simply, you don’t want to without a Lloyd’s pan.
Lloyd’s 12x12 Sicilian Pizza Pan - You wont find a higher quality pan. Even bake and nothing sticks to these.
Infrared Thermometer - No matter the equipment you bake in, this tool is needed to know the temperature throughout your oven.
Wood Pizza Peel - Super high quality wood peel for launching pizza Into your oven.
Turning Peel - When you’re baking in an oven that requires actively turning the pizza, this is your go to.
